As well as the CMS Concert Band for earning an Excellent rating on stage and a Superior rating in Sight reading. We are extremely proud of our students. Special thanks to Mr. Mario Valle, Ms. Ashley Lancon, Mr. Servando Serna, Mr. Homer Veliz, Ms. Mónica Arriaga, and Mr. José Calderon for all the time and knowledge you share with our students. Congratulations to the Cigarroa Middle Cheerleaders for bringing home The Finalist Award from this year’s Six Flags Spirit Fest Cheer and Dance Competition. The girls did a tremendous job competing in the Novice Full routine division. Way to go girls, you make us BULLDOG proud!

LISD is celebrating Texas Public School Week! LISD is opening its 20 elementary and four middle schools for parents and guardians to visit on Wednesday, February 26, from 8:30 a.m., to 11:30 a.m., and 1:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. Report cards will be issued at LISD elementary schools.
